Blooming Base UV/LED - special transparent gel polish that makes drawing nail designs easier and faster.

Polymerization time LED/UV: 60 sec.
Usage:
Apply a medium layer over desired color or base (do not cure).
Add the gel colors while the gel is still wet.
Use a Dotting Tool or brush to create unique abstract and realistic effects, such as marble patterns, floral patterns, and watercolor effects.
Once you are happy with the design, cure it under the lamp and apply a top coat for a long lasting shine.
