Shipping and payment information

Delivery area:

NAILS cosmetics Belgium only delivers within Belgium and possibly Netherlands.

Delivery time:
The delivery time within these countries is 2 - 8 working days after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs may depend on the orders weight and sending location. Shipment will be automaticaly calculated at checkout.

Shipping service providers:
Orders are shipped via Bpost or PostNL,  NAILS cosmetics Belgium  reserves the right to commission other companies with shipping at its sole discretion.   

Payment information

For deliveries within Belgium and Netherlands we offer the following payment options:

1.Prepayment by bank transfer

2. Payment via PayPal

3. In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:

- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro

Advance payment by bank transfer:
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 3 business days, specifying your order number as the reference. We will inform you of our bank details and the transfer purpose separately via email during order processing.

PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.jananails-germany.de).
